My Thoughts in Becoming a Teacher
Although I do not have much experience in teaching, I believe that I have already accomplished a lot. During my field experience, I have managed to help many students in becoming confident learners and also saw the success that these students have reached. Because I care for all of my students, and want to see them succeed, I know that I will be a great teacher one day. I believe in making the classroom a happy and fun environment in order to learn. In my opinion, and also from experience, I have seen that when the children are enjoying what they are being taught, they will retain much more information this way. I hope you see something special in me because I know I am capable of making a difference in my student’s lives. Because I have had a negative experience in school, I want to make sure that this will not happen in my classroom. Many of my students have told me that I was funny and that I came up with fun activities for them to work on, which is great. I have managed to take the content required and made it exciting for the students. If they are interested in the lesson, then I have their full attention, therefore are learning and enjoying the activity at the same time. Every child deserves to enjoy learning and I will try my best to do this for all of my students whatever their needs may be.
